RRUUC is located just inside the Capital Beltway, about 2.6 miles in from Exit 39 (River Road), at the intersection of River Rd. and Whittier Blvd.  The entrance to the parking lot is on Whittier Blvd.

BTES is located inside the Capital Beltway just off River Road, about 1.4 miles from Exit 39 (River Road).
