Beth Chai has a new and growing Teen Program. Run by one of our teachers with substantial youth group and summer camp experience, the activities are unique and creative in their outlook and approach to combining fun with Jewish learning. Activities are scheduled once a month and open to students in the 6th grade and up. Whether we are hosting a scavenger hunt in the mall to look at the message of advertising in our culture or creating a joint Tu’Bshvat Program with students that are part of a Jewish youth movement, our students can enjoy community while exploring Jewish identity. Like our Adult Education and Sunday School programs, but with a uniquely teen focus, our Teen Program explores a wide variety of Jewish cultural issues and Tikkun Olam.
